The defining characteristic of mead is that the main source of its fermentable sugar comes from honey. The words mead and honey-wine are often used interchangeably, but some cultures differentiate between the two. We are a school dedicated to creating an environment where children are able to grow into happy, well-rounded individuals with a love of learning through which they can achieve to the best of their abilities. We enable opportunities for inclusion in the community through training, education, and employment and achieve a better quality of life.
